As their name suggests, the company will buy any house, in any condition, with a maximum cash offer of 80% of the market value – though this is listed as ‘up to 80%’ so you may not get that much.

They say they can buy your home in a matter of days and will advance you 10% of the purchase price on exchange of contracts if you need it.

They also say that you can ‘stay in your home for a period of time after completion to allow you enough time to find another property or even just to organise your move’, although the details of this are not made clear.

The company has no additional fees and will cover your legal costs. They say you are under no obligation to accept their offer.

Whether all of that’s true, will be revealed in this review.
